About Me...
My name is Katie and I run KT's K9 Academy. I qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2011 and dog behaviour and training has always been my passion. So I started by setting up Puppy Socialisation Classes, leading onto Dog Obedience Training Classes, One on One sessions, Veterinary Socialisation sessions and Behavioural Advice. I have a Certificate in Canine Veterinary Nurse, a ThinkDog! Certificate in Canine Behaviour and Training and a Canine Behaviour Training Diploma.
Services We Offer..
Puppy Socialisation Classes.
Four week course for puppies from after their second injection up to 5 months allowing safe off lead play, dealing with puppy problems and starting basic training.
Beginner Obedience Training Classes.
Eight week course for dogs from 5months of age covering all basic obedience training. All breeds and behavioural abilities accepted.
Advanced Obedience Training Classes.
These are our follow on from the beginner classes - teaching your dog more advanced tricks and skills.
Eight week course. Not suitable for dog reactive dogs.
One on One Consultation
These are specifically deisgned for your dogs individual needs and are a 2 hours assessment with a full behavioural training programme.
